Francis J. Vassallo & Associates Ltd (FJVA) and FJV Management Ltd (FJVM) are authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) as Company Service Providers (Category C) in terms of the Company Services Providers Act, Chapter 529 of the Laws of Malta. FJV Fiduciary Ltd (FJVF) is authorised to act as a Trustee and Administrator of Private Foundations in terms of the Trust and Trustees Act, Chapter 331 of the Laws of Malta.
